the location was great with plenty of good eateries nearby. the room was clean and comfortable with separate toilet and shower areas. the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet was simple but delicious. We also liked the user-friendly design of the room and the ofuru experience was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

The international buffet could use some improvement.

Stayed here for a weekend and had a great experience! The breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. , loved the tidy and spacious bathroom.

The rooms were a bit cramped for three people, and the lack of a closet was inconvenient. The cleaning initiative to save resources was admirable but meant that the toilet and shower area only got cleaned once every three days.

Our experience at this place was excellent from start to finish. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal, with plenty of good eateries within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of amenities like dry cleaning and laundry services. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a Japanese styled bathroom. this venue provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.

We had an amazing weekend at a hotel with a great breakfast, helpful staff, and a prime location just a short walk from a tech district and the subway. the hotel was also very clean and included a laundromat, a bonus for weekend trips.

Although the hotel was generally great, there were a few small things we disliked. Our room was slightly cramped, especially for more than two people, and the cleaning schedule was sometimes confusing.
